  • Client provided: name, email, message content, due date or baby’s age, location and birth setting, package interest, and any details you share on our forms or by email.

  • Scheduling: when you book through Acuity Scheduling, Acuity collects information to complete your appointment.

  • Donations: when online giving is enabled, our payment processor will collect the information needed to process your gift.

  • Basic site activity: our site may collect standard log and device information and use essential cookies needed for security and site features, including embedded tools like the scheduler.

How We Use Information

  • Respond to messages and schedule appointments.

  • Provide services you request.

  • Coordinate donation pickups and send acknowledgments.

  • Improve our website and services.

  • Send service-related updates and confirmations.

What We Do Not Do

  • We do not sell your personal information.

  • We do not post birth images or stories without written consent.

  • Acuity Scheduling for booking.
