Birth can be unpredictable, and we approach these situations with understanding and care. In the event of preterm or premature labor, payments made will be thoughtfully applied to the care, preparation, and support already provided, including prenatal visits, planning, and on call readiness. Each situation is reviewed on a case by case basis, with open communication and compassion.
Once the on call period begins, services are considered active due to the time, preparation, and availability reserved for your birth. Refunds are not guaranteed, and policies are designed to be fair while honoring the commitment made to each family.
